JOE CAMERON
CEO and President
Joe was born and raised in Massachusetts, growing up in a law enforcement, pro-labor union household. He went on to work as an El Segundo (CA) police officer for over 11 years. During that time, he served on the El Segundo POA Board of Directors for ten years, including seven years as President. Joe also served as the former PORAC- South Los Angeles Chapter Treasurer and is a proud member of CA FOP Lodge 1.
Joe is currently working with over 40+ law enforcement associations across the country. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Plymouth State University, a Master's Degree in Public Administration from National University, and a Master's Degree in Political Management from George Washington University.

Braden Frame
Chief Operating Officer
Braden manages technology, deployments, and campaign operations for the Modern Cartographers. Braden, who specializes in digital strategy, messaging, brand building, and crisis communications, leads our online, web, and social media teams. Since 2019, Braden has worked for the International Association of Fire Fighters as the only Digital Campaigns Specialist in the Strategic Campaigns division of the Political and Governmental Affairs department. This work has uniquely positioned him to manage thousands of ad campaigns across two nations in widely varying political climates.
He is a communications and digital media educator with the IAFF and TSAFF, a medically retired professional firefighter/paramedic, and former EMS educator. Braden is the immediate past president of his home local, the Lake Travis Fire Fighters, where he served a total of eight years on the executive board, four years as President.

Hugh Cameron
National Labor Director
Hugh is a retired law enforcement professional who proudly served for 34 years and retired at the rank of Sergeant. Aside from his law enforcement career, Hugh served as Treasurer and then President of the Sharon Police Association (MA), and later Area-Vice President and then President of the Massachusetts Coalition of Police. Hugh then continued to serve as Regional Vice-President for the National Association of Police Organizations (NAPO).
In 2016, he left the Massachusetts Coalition of Police and was elected as the International Secretary-Treasurer of the International Union of Police Associations AFL-CIO (IUPA) where he retired in January 2021. He has also previously served as a Vice President of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO and I.U.P.A. Executive Board Region 12 Vice President, where he served on the Constitution and Legislative Committees. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the Norfolk County Central Labor Council (MA) and is on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Labor Guild.

jeff Kimbrell
Campaign Coordinator
Jeff is an active Firefighter/Paramedic , holding the rank of Engineer. He is also the current President of the Lake Travis Fire Fighters Association, PAC Chairman, and President of the Lake Travis Fire Fighters Benevolent Fund Board of Directors. Jeff has been an active campaign operative for the past 3 years working on local races, county electorate campaigns, and multijurisdictional referendum efforts. Currently, Jeff provides day-to-day operational campaign management and strategic project management.
He is a graduate of the IAFF Political Training Academy and the Texas State Association of Fire Fighters Advanced Communications class.

Cortney is an EMT and the heart of our web team. She brings her unique experience in customer service, marketing, branding, and public safety to life for our clients with clear messaging that's accessible and memorable.
When not building new popup websites, redesigning branding logos, or creating print mailers, door hangers, and digital ads she is hard at work connecting with clients, solving problems, and tackling the onslaught of social media trolls during campaign season.
Cortney is a brand leader and Meta expert with experience working on some of our most contentious and challenging social media campaigns.

Garrett Guedry
Social Media Technician / Videographer
Garrett is the newest Cartographer bringing his experience and passion as a filmmaker, videographer, and graphic design editor to life for our clients. Working as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Baytown, Garrett spends his off hours supporting the mission of advancing public safety and our message on social media and through visual mediums. Garrett is a graduate of the IAFF Communications Training Academy and TSAFF Advanced Communications class. He has a passion for well-executed visual art and a working knowledge of the messaging necessary to be highly successful in the public safety political space.
